The staff members were all very polite and courteous. The location was brilliant, not too far away from Abtei Benediktiner. There were the Christmas market and a market around the hotel.

The staff was courteous the entire time. This accommodation had a very central setting to Frankfurt airport.

I liked the comfort, the room was fairly big and it had a very nice view. The hotel is next to the train station, but still, it is very quiet.

Large and comfortable room though rather bland. Free wifi was great as was the breakfast. Location is very convenient for getting the train to Cologne.

There is no air conditioning - not a problem when I was there but could be in the summer. There was no iron available. The central location makes it rather noisy at night especially if you need to open windows.

Simplicity of service, cleanliness, facilities and food. Hotel was good value for money and very comfortable. Staff were helpful. Despite proximity to rail station rooms were very quiet.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps away from the train station, making transportation easy. Additionally, the breakfast served was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were great.

For us an excellent location for the station to travel to Koeln (25 mins)and as expected a little noisy in the time after midnight but bearable. Staff on reception very good and as it was raining offered us umbrellas to take to Koeln for our city tour which turned out to be extremely useful. Excellent breakfast.

Slightly short of coat hangers in the wardrobes but that is hardly a big deal we were only there 1 night and prctically living out fo suitcases anyway! Strangely though they did not have any more available when I asked for some!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, directly opposite the train station. You can easily hop on the u-bahn for travel or catch a train right next to the rail station. The rooms are spacious and some even come with a huge balcony, offering wonderful views of the surroundings. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast spread is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

All in all, everything was ok and there's nothing major to complain about.

Location: Siegburg Main Station exit to Hotel Entrance is only about 30m Reception: we already arrived at 9am, and even though the room was not ready yet (which we didn't expect at all as we did not announce our early arrival) we could still not only drop of our luggage and get the key cards for our rooms, and had our luggage in our room just fine when we returned late in the evening Breakfast: A very nice, big buffet and enough seats for everyone

If you're sensitive to noise you should ask for a room on the back side that is not facing the station

Beds are too soft Noise isolation is extremely bad No air conditioning Dirty windows Lots of spiders on the upper floor (comming inside the room when windows are open) Location next to train station is a horror story, drung people screaming loud all night long, trains arriving and breaking at 150 Db etc.)

This hotel's location is convenient for those traveling by train, as it's right next to the station. You can find everything you need nearby, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants located within easy walking distance. the staff are helpful and responsive to your needs, and the rooms are generally clean and comfortable.

The hotel's Wi-Fi is unreliable, making it inconvenient for those who need to stay connected.

The location in Siegburg is perfect near the train station and the city center. Breakfast is very good.

Wifi was very slow and was inaccessible for about 1.5 days of my 7 day stay--a big deal for this business traveler.
